1. Complete Your Registration Profile (first).

2. Then you will be prompted to pay your REQUIRED & NON-REFUNDABLE $30 BRABOA Registration Fee via EVENTBRITE.

3. Don’t forget to pay your LHSAA Registration Fee via Arbiter/Louisiana High School Athletic/CENTRAL HUB/REGISTRATION

4. Log into Arbiter…… go to List……. then go to Forms…….. Find “CONCUSSION SIGN OFF” then ‘W9”.
